Each week we have different services offered by our partners during distribution.
Below you can learn more about our partners and the services they provide. Examples are health screenings, dental & prenatal care, nutrition education, financial planning, literacy, and benefits assistance, legal advice and housing counseling.

Overlook Family Medicine comes once monthly to provide blood pressure and hemoglobin A1C screenings for shoppers. They also provide referrals for treatment if necessary and ensure that individuals have primary care physicians.

Union County Social Services comes to provide counseling regarding federal and state assistance and social security.

RWJ SNAP Navigation provides guidance on SNAP assistance as well as nutritional information.

Union County Health Management Vaccines provides vaccines once a month in order to keep shoppers up to date and protected.

YWCA Crisis Response Team provides assistance to victims of abuse and domestic violence survivors.

Summit Health Cares provides blood pressure and glucose screenings to shoppers. In addition, they also supply backpacks and other goods annually.

The Lions Club provides free vision screenings to make people aware of if they need glasses or not without a trip to the eye doctor.

Bridges Housing Counseling provides comprehensive housing assistance to those in need. Whether someone is dealing with eviction, struggling with rent, or is unhoused, they can receive care from Bridges Housing Counseling.description

Summit Fire Department provides city-wide care in emergency situations. They also teach about fire prevention and fire safety!

Summit Public Schools partners with GRACE to provide support to the Summit community by helping families to navigate the school system.
Additionally, the partnership allows for snacks in all schools, and food for children during school breaks including snow days.
